Law on strengthening accountability for pollution of forests came into force
The law amended articles on
administrative violations, according to which fines increase for
littering and damaging forests, namely: the penalty will be imposed on
citizens in the amount of from 10 to 30 non-taxable minimum incomes, and
on officials from 30 to 50 non-taxable minimum incomes.
The law to strengthen liability for contamination of forests was enacted in Ukraine.
