Ukraine: Pulp and paper industry reports Q1 results
During the three months Ukrainian enterprises of pulp and paper industry manufactured 182.8 thousand tons of paper and 167.5 thousand tons of board. General production growth amounted to 9.1% (paper 11.2%, board 8.4%).
The mills churned out 10% more printing and office papers, 12.3% more containerboard (including paper for corrugated). The industry produced 24% more shipping containers (165.1 million sq. m.).
