A wooden township will appear near Kyiv, Ukraine
On an area by an area 6,5 hà in Vishgorod district of the Kyiv region (Novosilky) to 2008 year will
build a cottage township. By an investor buildings are a capital company Green House, which is specialized on
the sales of wooden houses. From data of company, on territory townships
will be built approximately 65 houses with plots, by an area to 10 h. All of
cottages must to be approximately identical height (one-story with a mansard),
by an area 120-160 square meters. A price will hesitate from $ 0,7 to 1
thousand for square meters (without the account of cost of earth). A company
has the first 30 houses lease in July 2007, the others 35 in summer 2008.
