Ukraine's Rubezhansk cardboard and packaging mill launched a wastepaper recycling line
The
new line was launched in order to boost production capacity up to
120,000 tons annually and enables to produce test liner, fluting and
base cardboard for gypsum board. Construction
was launched on April 2, 2007, by the end of the last year installation
works were finished, and wide test runs started. On
the whole, new line construction attracted more than 40 developers and
construction companies from Ukraine, Russia, France, Italy, Germany,
Sweden, Finland, and Poland. In
2006 the plant had already performed modernization of the papermaking
machine PM2, in 2008 new winders with transportation systems were
installed at the paperboard and paper facility, corrugated products
line was also expanded.
