Russia to boost furniture production 3% in 2004
Russia will boost furniture production 3% to RUR 48 billion in 2004 compared with 2003, Ministry of industry and power resources reported.
Furniture exports are expected to reach RUR 6 billion or $200 million. Retail sales are expected to reach RUR 38 billion. The remaining amounts will be distributed among kindergartens, schools and hospitals. Lesprom
