Russia is not considering the increase of round timber export duties
The government is not considering the increase of export duties on round timber, Prime-Tass news agency quoting prime-minister Mikhail Fradkov announced.
According to Mikhail Fradkov this idea is popular in the Ministry of natural resources, this measure should not disagree with the increasing amount of Finnish investments in the Russian timber sector, the extension of technological cooperation in timber-procession and equipment imports to Russia. The increase of customs duties should not affect the development of bilateral trade relations.
