Czech Republic: First OSB-Plant
Kronospan builds in Jihlava the first OSB-plant in the Czeck Republic. Initially designed for a daily capacity of 850 cbm, the plant can be extended to 1850 cbm at a later stage.
Kronospan has already started constructing foundations and buildings at the site in Jihlava, Czech Republic, thus enabling Dieffenbacher to begin with the installation on January, 2005, just in time. The plant is scheduled to start production mid 2005.
Dieffenbacher’s scope of supply comprises the debarking, chipping, drying, screening, gluing, forming and press installations, final production with groove and tongue elements down to the complete control system. IHB Internationale Holzboerse GmbH
