Innovativ Vision is expanding its sales and service organizations in Europe
“Due
to the rapidly growing demand for WoodEye, we are now establishing a
permanent service organization and increasing the number of employees,”
says Rolf Hoffman, who is in charge in sales of WoodEye in Central
Europe. The
WoodEye wood scanner has been developed and is marketed by Innovativ
Vision, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The first scanner
was sold in Europe back in 1989. The WoodEye Scannersystem GmbH was
founded in Germany three years ago, and the market has matured and
grown very quickly since then. Interest is particularly keen in new EU
countries such as Poland. “One
of our main strengths is that, in addition to selling a scanner, we can
also create solutions for developing the operations and thus improving
the profitability of our customers. We have long experience in the
industry and we are well aware of customer needs and challenges,” says
Rolf Hoffman. WoodEye
was recently shown at the Ligna Fair in Hannover. Innovativ Vision
presented several items of product news at the Fair, including scanner
solutions for dimension measuring and for effective inspection of
hardwood. Innovativ
Vision AB is the world's leading supplier of quality control and
