Wooden peripheral equipment from Japan
Perhaps this is not the
most ecologically sound device from all possible computer peripheral
hardware, but it is clearly more environmentally friendly than your
standard plastic keyboard. Before using the DIY, you will have to a bit
of carpentry, as each key must be cut out manually. But an important
advantage is that you can arrange the keys in any order you like. You
will probably choose the traditional QWERTY arrangement, but more
imaginative people can think up their own arrangements. At least, this
keyboard can be used as firewood this winter if your heating is not
turned on in time. The starting price is 200 Euros. Wooden USB devices
have also appeared on the Japanese markets. These devices are very
pleasing to the touch and give their owners many pleasant moments. They
cost from 37 to 67 Euros.
